Do you serve breakfast?+
Breakfast is not included in the stay. Each chalet has a private kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine, and the on-site restaurant and pizzeria is open for dinner.
Can I park at the property?+
Yes. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed.
Is there a swimming pool?+
Yes, there is an indoor heated swimming pool. It is seasonal and available for an additional charge.
Is there a restaurant on site?+
Yes, a restaurant and pizzeria on the property is open for dinner, and there is also a bar.
Is the spa open?+
The spa and wellness centre includes a sauna, a steam room, a hot tub and a relaxation area, with massages available on request for an additional charge.
Is there an airport shuttle service?+
No shuttle service is offered. Torino Airport is 97 km away and Cuneo International Airport 91 km, and free parking is available on site for guests arriving by car.
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM and check-out from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance and bring a photo ID and credit card.
Are pets allowed?+
Pets are allowed on request and charges may apply, so please contact us before booking.
Do the rooms have a private bathroom and outdoor space?+
Every unit has a private bathroom with a shower, towels and toilet paper. The chalets also have a private entrance and a patio with mountain views.
Are children welcome?+
Children of all ages are welcome. Cribs are available on request at 10 euro per child per night, there are no extra beds, and guests under 18 can check in only with a parent or official guardian.
What is the Wi-Fi policy?+
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, including in the rooms, and is free of charge.
How far is the property from the centre of Pragelato?+
The centre of Pragelato is a short walk away, with the first restaurants and cafés about 750 m from the chalets.
